*Membership fees are effective from December 1 to November 30 of the following year. The ITL Network reserves the right to change its membership fees at any time without notice.
*Our refund policy on membership fees is that membership fees are not refundable after payment has been received. The amount is due annually to continue to be a member in good standing. Once a member’s fees are paid for the year, they are members for the year and the membership fee is non-refundable.
